A New Park

Overview

The government of Kaohsiung City re-create the 8th Plant Project which located in Yengchen and there’s an electronic-mechanical street played as a very important role to support economic development of Kaohsiung City after World War II. But now, it is dispersion and decline. Finally, there’s a park. Through this documentary, the TKHEMS* group tries again to appeal the municipal government with helplessness.
