Graveyard shift

In an alternative London, thirteen-year-old Ben Harvester is recruited by the Ministry of Pandemonium, a secret organization responsible for shepherding lost souls to the afterlife, but soon learns there is another, more sinister soul-hunting organization that now considers him an enemy.
